Tying Instructions1.
Capture 4 or 5 moose hairs on the bodkin with the tying thread.
2. Spin dubbing on
needle (long staple such as fine & dry) to create abdominal shell.
3. Saturate dubbing
shell with flexament.
4. Pull abdomen off of
dubbing needle. You now have a Tube Bodiz.
5. Create pair of wings
using two lemon wood duck flank feathers back-to-back. Tie on and up so they stand out as
a pair.
6. Tie tube body to hook
tying in by moose hairs.
7. Tie hackle in behind
wing. Dub behind and in front of wing.
8. Wind hackle behind
and in front of wing.
9. Tie off and
whip-finish.
